Kenya Association of Hotelkeepers and Caterers job Evaluation -Request for Proposals-RFP -jobs in kenya


KAHC is the principal umbrella organization bringing together hotels, lodges, restaurants, membership clubs and prominent airline caterers whose common theme is to render services in the hospitality industry.

The Association enjoys a huge membership of mostly star-rated hotels, restaurants, caterers, lodges, tented camps, and residential cottages.

To enhance productivity, the Kenya Association of Hotelkeepers and Caterers intends to commission a reputable Consultancy Firm / Organization to carry out a comprehensive Job Evaluation Exercise.

More specifically, the Consultant will:
  1. Study and evaluate existing jobs in the hotel industry and make appropriate recommendation.
  2. Examine and review current job descriptions and specifications.
  3. Review job grading and classification.
Interested companies should provide information/documents indicating that they are qualified to perform the services which should include:
  • The legal status and professional status of the organization – in form of certificate of incorporation/registration.
  • Qualifications, relevant experience with details of similar assignments undertaken to demonstrate ability and capacity to carry out this assignment.
  • Detailed curriculum vitae of all resource persons proposed to undertake the assignment.
  • Tax Compliance Certificate.
Additionally the firm:
  • Should not be insolvent, in receivership, bankrupt or in the process of being would-up and is not the subject of legal proceedings.
