Architect

1 Position

The following criteria will apply:

1. Registration with the Board of Registration of Architects and Quantity Surveyors of Kenya (BORAQS), and corporate membership of the Architectural Association of Kenya (AAK).

2. Possession of a professional degree(s) (or equivalent) in architecture from a recognized University and with a minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience in high quality architectural work.

3. Evidence of excellence in large scale urban design and sustainable building technologies.

4. Ambitious team player of impeccable integrity, with good interpersonal skills, self-driven and with demonstrable leadership potential.

5. Have excellent ability to work with all relevant architectural software.

Graduate Architect

The following criteria will apply:

1. Possession of a professional degree(s) (or equivalent) in architecture from a recognized University and with a minimum of 1 year post-qualification experience in high quality architectural work.

2. Team player of impeccable integrity, with good interpersonal skills, self-driven and ability to work with minimal supervision.

3. Have excellent ability to work with all relevant architectural software.

Architectural Technicians

2 Positions

The following criteria will apply:

1. Possession of an appropriate architectural qualification from a recognized institution of higher learning and with a minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience in high quality architectural work.

2. Evidence of excellent understanding of large scale building detailing and site management.

3. Team player of impeccable integrity, with good interpersonal skills, self-driven and ability to work with minimal supervision.

4. Have excellent ability to work with all relevant architectural software.

All positions are available on either a permanent basis or for a minimum contract duration of 18 months; applicants are invited to suggest preferred status. 

Competitive terms of employment are available but will be based on evidential competence.
