Office Coordinator Job in Kenya

Our client is looking to recruit the position of Office Coordinator 

Requirements

Coordinate purchases of all office Materials and ensuring all printed materials are in order.

Ensuring maintenance of general office equipments like faxes, printers, phones, lights i.e. any internal items that ensure office functionality. 

IT: Keeping a competitive edge on technology. Maintaining network, software, keep crm, website, web marketing, server, email contacts, branding, face book, twitter, newsletter and updating clients on new fares collected

Advise company on the latest communication systems available for the company through phone or Internet so that company can keep up with demands.

Making sure stationary stocks are kept and distributed accordingly

Coordinate office functions with marketing to ensure branding and presentation are up kept to acceptable good level. 

Education

Business Administration and IT technology skills
