• Managing and Control of all engineering department functions in Sudan Plant.
• Management of equipment, plant utilities, and services in the organization. This includes selection, installation, qualification and commissioning of the machinery and equipment, routine maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs and related documentation.
• Interaction with all departments to ensure smooth discharge of technical and administrative responsibilities of the department.
• Selection, training, development and management of engineering department staff.
• Conceptualization and planning of development activities of engineering department.
• Submit monthly report to the Plant Management.
• Approving and reviewing all Engineering SOP’s and other related department SOP’s as applicable.
