Main Purpose of the Job
Sales Manager will help in executing channel sales in an assigned territory. The channel includes selling through distributors and strengthening them in catering to systems integrators, resellers and manufacturers and will be expected to support and assist End-Users and Consultants to specify the correct products for their applications

Main Responsibilities
- Achieving the sales Targets through our distributors.
- Developing sufficient pipe line opportunities to support the Distributors
- Work Closely with Distributors and there sales team to ensure business growth
- Develop, maintain and cultivate the region’s channel partner network
- Brand Promotion activities.
- Prepare Marketing Schemes to create market pull.
- To implement territory sales plans to accommodate corporate goals, whilst reviewing market analysis to determine customer needs, price schedules, and discount rates.
- To promote product and deliver sales presentations to key clients.
Mandatory requirement.
- Valid Passport
- Valid Driving Licence
- At least 2 years experience in selling electrical products.
Required Qualifications
- Skilled sales manager with at least 3 years experience on selling Switchgear & Lighting Products.
- Proven relationship with Distributors, Architects & Consultants
- Ability to manage, monitor and control the entire sales process life cycle from a lead into a deal.
- Relationship oriented person with an ability to approach and engage with high level executives and decision makers.
- Self Sufficient, with a proven record for working remotely.
- Fluent in Kiswahili & English- mandatory (other languages: advantage)
- An entrepreneur at heart (must run your accounts like it is your own business)
- Creative , Motivated ,Results Driven
- Willingness to travel extensively in Kenya and neighboring countries.
Educational Qualifications
- Engineering & Marketing background Mandatory.
